At Deschain Cellars, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, familiar space where regulars and newcomers alike can relax, connect, and feel right at home. It’s the kind of place where ‘everybody knows your name’ and meaningful connections are made over great wine, live music, and lively conversations.

Crafted from ten repurposed shipping containers, Deschain Cellars opened its doors in October of 2020, and is the brainchild of a lifelong journey through the worlds of wine, hospitality, and engineering. We are among a growing number of North Texas wineries in the Texoma AVA. Just a short drive away from the DFW metroplex and Southern Oklahoma, we offer wine tastings, wines by the glass and bottle along with light fare. (See our Wine & Food Menu.)

We’re conveniently located near attractions like historic downtown Gainesville and the WinStar World Casino and Resort. Join us for weekly events like Tipsy Trivia Thursdays, Friday Happy Hour, Saturday Live Music, and Sunday Brunch.

We landed on this patio for Happy Hour. The view was amazing. The special was rose and we tasted each one. They ranged from light to very full bodied in taste. All expertly blended.
