Deschain Cellars | Tasting Room Staff (Part-Time & Full-Time)

Deschain Cellars – one of the most fun wineries in the state – is on the hunt for talented hospitality pros to join the crew.

We’re currently hiring tasting room staff who can bring the energy and keep up when it gets busy. Weekend availability is a MUST – this is when the magic happens.

This is a hands-on hospitality role. You’ll be:

  • Guiding guests through tastings and telling the stories behind the wines
  • Pouring, serving, and helping guests find bottles they love
  • Supporting food service, closing duties, and keeping the space dialed in
  • Working as part of a tight, fast-moving team

If you’ve been looking for a way into the world of wine, this is your moment. Wine knowledge helps, but it’s not required – we’ll teach you. What matters more is how you show up.

Compensation:
Hourly pay + tips (our service standards tend to translate into strong tip averages)
