We cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error.
Damaged or flawed wines purchased from the tasting room and online through our website may be replaced up to 30 days from purchase date. The customer must return the unfinished portion of the original bottle in order to receive a replacement bottle under the following conditions:
- wine can only be exchanged for the same bottle of wine
- wines returned less than half full do not qualify for replacement
