Ever wanted to make your own wine or just understand why you like certain wines better than others?

If the answer is ‘yes’, this component tasting will appeal to your inner wine nerd!

Get ready to get down with The Underground! This highly specialized tasting will actually break down the major components (oak, tannin, alcohol, sugar, and acid) in a glass of wine while we sip on some very cool wines and discuss how it all works. After trying out the components next to the example wines, you will try your own hand at winemaking and blending your own new wine in your own glass! (Maybe this is not so good for Willem’s job security??)
