We’ll be making fresh ricotta cheese and foraged herb butter – using cream and milk from Gainesville’s Circle N Dairy – served with a seasonal salad, house baked bread and tons of fresh toppings for a Build Your Own Bruschetta Buffet!
Price includes a welcome toast, an individually paired flight, the cooking class and luncheon. Once you find your favorite wine to match your kitchen creation, additional glasses or bottles will be available for purchase.*
