Our cooking workshops, led by Chef Sheena Croft are collaborative culinary experiences that combine the art of cooking with the enjoyment of wine and community. You will prepare a luncheon meal as a group in our cellar, using shared equipment and ingredients, and then enjoy the fruits of your labor together!
We’ll be making the perfect summer Spanish chilled soup – gazpacho – with ripe, fresh tomatoes and other seasonal vegetables. For the luncheon, you’ll also prepare other tapas, including Sheena’s amazingly delicious Tortilla Española (not to be confused with American tortillas…this is made from potatoes, eggs, onion, and olive oil and is arguably Spain’s national dish). Willem, our winemaker-owner, will provide an educational overview of your tasting flight highlighting the best pairings to accompany the meal.
Price includes a welcome toast, an individually paired flight, the workshop and luncheon. Once you find your favorite wine to match your kitchen creation, additional glasses or bottles will be available for purchase.
